All products are made without preservatives or additives. Refrigerated or frozen storage is recommended to maintain product quality.

For the best quality, keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and consume within approximately 10 days from the collection date. The mooncakes may be frozen at -18°C for approximately four weeks. Defrost thoroughly and reheat before serving. Storage at room temperature is not recommended.

Please note that gift boxes collected during Time Slot A or Time Slot B will not remain at their best until Mid-Autumn Festival if they are not refrigerated or frozen after collection. Please consider the required storage arrangements when selecting your collection date.
