Pistachio Stollen
Stollen is a beloved German Christmas classic dating back tothe 15th century. Traditionally shaped to resemble the swaddled Christ Childand dusted in a snowy coat of sugar, it has long been a symbol of warmth,celebration, and winter abundance.
Over time, its flavour deepens through natural maturation — the fruit, spices,and butter slowly melding into a rich, fragrant holiday loaf.
This year, we reinterpret the classic by introducing premiumpistachios into the recipe. The natural oils and aroma of the pistachios blendbeautifully with the candied fruits and spices, creating a Stollen that is moretender, nuanced, and aromatic. Wrapped in a delicate pistachio sugar coating,it carries both tradition and a modern twist unique to our bakery.
