Inspired by the traditional five-nut mooncake, this contemporary interpretation combines aromatic pistachios with a medley of nuts, bringing together roasted flavours, natural sweetness and a satisfying texture.

Pistachios add a distinctive fragrance and mellow sweetness that complement the rich flavours of the traditional five-nut filling. Each bite offers layers of roasted nuttiness, retaining the character of a classic mooncake while introducing a refined modern touch.
