Made with carefully selected pistachios, ground in-house to preserve their natural oils and aroma. The flavour is gently rich and balanced, allowing the nutty sweetness to unfold smoothly with the soft mochi base, finishing clean and light.

Best consumed within 10 days refrigerated (0–4 °C). Freeze up to 4 weeks at –18 °C. Thaw and reheat before serving.

Ingredients: Pistachio paste, tapioca starch, water chestnut flour, coconut milk.
