Dumpling Danish is an original Dragon Boat Festival creation by LY Bakery. Two years ago, Vincent entered this creation in a national competition and received second place. Since then, it has returned each year as one of our most meaningful festive products.
Inspired by traditional zongzi, the pastry brings together smooth taro paste, savoury salted egg yolk crumble and delicate pork floss, creating familiar festive flavours with a more refined and layered finish.
Over the past two years, similar interpretations have appeared in different places. We believe that a shape may be reinterpreted, but the original idea, craftsmanship, name and creative intent are what make a creation worth remembering.
Available for a limited time during the Dragon Boat Festival period. Individual pieces are available in limited quantities in stores, while online pre-orders are offered as a box of four. Early ordering is recommended.
