When can I pick up my order at the selected store after payment is completed?

 

📌 Once payment is successful, an order status of “Processing / Pending” already means your order is confirmed.

📦 If you selected in-store pickup, you may go directly to the chosen store on your selected pickup date — even if the fulfillment status shows “Unfulfilled / Preparing.”

If you fail to collect your order on the reserved pickup date, and later choose to collect it at our designated pickup store, the order will be considered forfeited.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
